What is chau-chaku?
This term refers to a Japanese production style that means “load-load”.
Its main objective is to conduct a single piece flow where an operator proceeds from machine to machine, taking part of the previous machine and feeding it (loading it) to the next machine, then taking the part removed from this machine and loading it into the next machine, etc.
Each machine executes a different stage of production, such as cutting, drilling, cleaning, inspection, etc.
