LEAN Store offers a return period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging and seals. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will make a refund on your behalf.
We will only accept the return of products that are not in their original condition if the merchandise is defective, damaged or in poor condition, provided that the damage is attributable to the manufacturing, transport or shipping process.
Once the returned product is received within the legal period, we will reimburse you for the cost of the products, but not for the shipping or collection costs of the product to be returned.
In the case of a return due to damage or errors on our part, together with the cost of the products, we will also reimburse you for the shipping and collection costs.
How to return an item?
We will not accept returns without the authorization of said department.
Our Customer Service will request the collection of the product to be returned. The item must be in perfect condition, include its original packaging and be properly packed. Pickups will only be accepted in Europe.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses and its condition verified, we will proceed to refund the amount.
Defective products, in poor condition or wrong delivery

Once we have verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we proceed to refund the amount. The refund will always be made using the same method that you used in the purchase: transfer, PayPal, credit card or transfer in the case of cash on delivery orders.
Calculation of refunds
If the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received a wrong or faulty product, we will refund the shipping costs that we charge you when we send you the product.
Rest of returns
When the return is for other reasons, as long as the merchandise arrives in perfect condition, the refund will be the equivalent of the amount of the returned product. In this case, the shipping and collection costs of the product to be returned will not be reimbursed.
